Grant Opportunity - Health Foundation of South Florida is currently accepting Letters of Interest (LOI) from eligible nonprofit health organizations within Broward, Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties interested in participating in the Healthy Aging Regional Collaborative. To confirm eligibility, please complete the LOI form, which is available under the Grant Information tab of this site. The form is due by Monday, August 9, 2010. Please note that a LOI is a prerequisite for submitting a full proposal for the Healthy Aging Initiative funding. It reflects your interest in the program, but does not obligate you to submit a proposal application .
